Your lodge is there for your own escapes first. For the weeks you are not using it, Eden Resorts offers managed sub-letting through the resort, handling bookings, changeovers and guests on your behalf. No income is guaranteed.

Ownership currently starts from £95,000, and prices rise with the size of the lodge, the specification and the plot position. Ask for the current list and we will send prices against the lodges available now.
Site fees are quoted from £3,500 plus VAT each year and cover your pitch along with the upkeep of the resort, including park maintenance, landscaping, security and access to resort facilities. We will confirm the exact package in writing before you commit.
Both are offered on selected plots rather than across the whole resort, and are some of our most popular options. Tell us which you would prefer in the enquiry form and we will let you know what is open at the moment.
Yes. Sub-letting is managed through the resort for the periods you are not using your lodge, with bookings, changeovers and guests handled for you. No income is guaranteed, and the ownership team will explain the current terms before you buy.
